About Me
Since my childhood, my curiosity led me to listen to the people around me, to explore their inner world and to feel their emotions as if they were my own. Even then I realized that I was not only listening, but also giving space and support. The feeling that I was able to help someone and inspire a small change in them, like a smile after a hard day, filled me with deep satisfaction.
This curiosity did not fade over the years, but only intensified. I was looking for answers to the big questions: what motivates us, how emotions affect our choices, and what makes us seek happiness, love and meaning. In this journey I studied positive psychology, explored the power of the subconscious, discovered the world of Bach flowers and combined meditation, breathing and mindfulness practices. Each tool I purchased became a significant part of my toolbox.
When I realized that my vocation was to help others on their inner journey, I decided to deepen my studies in holistic psychotherapy and received certification from Reedman College. The therapeutic work with different people made it clear to me how unique each person is, with a personal life story and their own challenges, and that each of us has the power to change and grow.
My personal move to France with my French partner and the establishment of a clinic in Paris were a turning point in my life. There, working with women and couples from international backgrounds, I was exposed to the depth of the difficulties that relocation brings with it - loneliness, uncertainty, longing, and sometimes also tensions in relationships. Over time, I realized that there is a huge need for a professional and supportive envelope for people in relocation processes.
Today, my specialization in this field allows me to accompany people in moving to a new country, help them face the challenges, and find the inner strength that allows them to adapt and thrive. I believe that each of us can create a significant change in his life, and it is a great privilege for me to accompany my patients on this journey, to see them fulfill their dreams and reach self-fulfillment. I am here to accompany you all the way, and support your journey towards a life full of meaning and love.
